Increase in Workshop FeesAs noted in the President's Report in the latest newsletter workshop fees will increase by $2- to $12- in 2012.Hiring of screens will also increase by $2 to $8 per screen with payment to be made before hiring. Please see the latest newsletter for further details.
Passing of Doug Wood
With our deepest sympathy we report the passing of Doug Wood.
He was a very dear man who contributed greatly to the benefi t of the Central
Coast Art Society as Editor of our Newsletter and, in many other ways, often
together with his wife Sheila.
He will be sadly missed and remembered fondly by the Newsletter
mailout team: Fran Melrose, Coleen Martin, Carol Frost and Alma and Brian
Coombe, and reserves Bob Martin and Ray Melrose.
Our deepest sympathy goes to Sheila and their family.

Need inspiration or want to learn new art techniques?Our wonderful librarian Sue has been doing a fantastic job of sorting through our wonderful collection of art books that are available for our members to borrow.Please take a look at our library next time you are at the studios, the library is located in the kitchen. It is continuously expanding and offers members a wide selection of art-related material on loan just the thing for getting some inspiration. Record the details in the "Borrowings" file, and mark off when returned.
