Belinda likes to capture those little details in her life surrounding her and subjects include florals, portraits and still life. Belinda also often works in her "Contemplation" series of paintings which represents women and "reflection" of life and life journeys.

In 2001, during a change in artistic direction, I took an “Introduction to Arts” course and knew that fine arts would be my next passion, following on from a history of crafts and working with textiles. 2002, I moved to the Central Coast, joined local Art Societies and kept developing my artistic skills. I started to sell my paintings and display them in various venues and take a more professional view of my hobby. The natural progression has been to have solo exhibitions, register a business name, start a web page and open my workspace as a studio. I love colour and living on the coast as reflected in my work. I love creating, and as you can see I am not bound by just one medium.
My creativity is derived from the many things that I enjoy. This includes, but is not limited to bushwalking, hiking, camping, diving and bike riding. Nature is my inspiration! This is when I think about art, focus and create ideas. It is my meditation.
